The management, especially Jan and Michell, were excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The staff, especially Rochelle was always friendly and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.

I rarely provide feedback as I feel different people have different expectations. So I am particularly happy to make an exception and express my enthusiastic approval of my experience at Abalone. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we could not have received a greater level of attentiveness and service from an exemplary team led by Michelle.

A quaint and charming hotel with welcoming hosts, ideally situated close to a serene beach. The on-site restaurantoffers a nice dining experience.

The service was amazing, Jan and Michelle with the hotel staff were exceptional. Always checking that everything was to our comfort levels. The breakfast options was amazing, to the lovely coffee machine in your room for fresh morning coffee, the room service when we spent time at the Jacuzzi, Went for massages as well at the wellness spa, just a slight suggestion that this spacing could be a little more bigger...The suppers ordered at the restaurant was top quality good.
